Obamacare isn't going to change a thing in my opinion

Most of it hasn't taken effect yet. One thing no one seems to understand is that the $718 billion in Medicare savings under the ACA is from providers and hospitals; who agreed to that because the ACA greatly reduces the number of uninsured people who get care, particularly at Emergency Rooms, without paying. By reducing the number of those people, the providers and hospitals actually make money, even with the reduced reimbursements for uninsured patients.
