No way I would trust the books Google suggests. But I would also be cautious of so called credited books. Too many recent books have tried to rewrite history or are pushing agendas. Not as much a problem with hard sciences but the rot is spreading.

Well a good majority of modern day academia is. I'm sorry you either haven't been on a college campus recent enough to know that or are too ignorant to see it, whether it be willfully or unwillingly.

Kids who have parents pay for their schooling are much less likely to try as hard.
If it comes easy, it likely isn't worth having.

college debt in america is debt peonage. what happens if you fail? you still owe the money right. some ppl like my dad think even though the european system is completely different from the north american one its all the same. its really not. i think reagan in some ways pioneered it when he was governor to control the protesting students.
