That was my Dad ... He came from Nova Scotia .....he was 16 when WW2 started ...he lived on his families farm .... he became a USA citizen after the war ... met my Mom ....and I became ....

I agree it’s better than nothing but it will never end the war. There are just too many groups over there that hate us and each other. That conflict will go on forever.
