We have DOT driver working every day of the week 24 hours a day. They will throw some drivers a bone in there somewhere so they will be eligible to come in on Sunday. With many drivers being classified as non DOT now days, I bet FDX has a big smile on their face.

If you are DOT you have to have that 34 hour reset. They will have to get pretty creative to keep those drivers from violating that rule.

At my station they have already stated that all non-dot employees will be working on that Sunday. Luckily I am still DOT, so I will enjoy the day off.
