At the same time hawks in Congress like Liz Cheney were pushing for us to stay in the country. As for that date Trump believed he would still be president but guess who was in charge and decided to leave without securing the exit of all Americans and locals who helped us? You can try to shift blame all you want but it was Biden and whoever pulls the strings behind him who effed up. You don't pull up stakes until all Americans are out. Stupid.
