You are a lier

"In 2010, Baradar was captured by the United States and was imprisoned in Pakistan until 2018. During that time, however, officials inside and outside Afghanistan considered him one of the few Taliban leaders who they might be able to negotiate with.

In 2018, as negotiations to end the Afghanistan war were taking shape, the Trump administration urged Pakistan to release Baradar. He would become the head of the Taliban’s political office in Doha, Qatar, from which he would participate in the negotiations.

The United States’ special envoy for the talks, Zalmay Khalilzad, confirmed the U.S. role in releasing Baradar in remarks at the U.S. Institute of Peace on Feb. 8, 2019.

His release "was my request," Khalilzad said at the Institute of Peace forum. The Pakistani government "accommodated that," he said."

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

So, how do you know that it's "very inaccurate"???? Just because you don't agree with it?
I don't want to get into it with you because I also agree with a lot of your points, but not everything is laser accurate.
I, and many others who are not Right Wing or Left Wing nut cases see the alliances between RU and CN and the Tali's not in the best interest of my Nation.
I personally agree that there are untapped resources there. Bumbling Biden has completely taken us out of any future game unless he sends them $B's like Obama did to Iran....
The message is the take away, not the minutiae that surrounds the central topic.
It's inaccurate because to date have never seen Afghanistan referenced as the Saudi Arabia of lithium. Not in newspapers, not on newscasts. Have read plenty on the country, have seen it discussed regularly on tv. That meme is the first time I've ever heard that and I already knew Bolivia has the world's biggest deposits.

Oh brother….
There was a guy on BC years ago that many people will remember.
He went by UPSOCKS.
He once said: “I’m the Lady Gaga of Brown Cafe”.
I’ll never forget that.

Do you think anyone made a big :censored2:ing issue that he’s NOT Lady Gaga???

It’s called “an expression”!!

Go campaign for one of your other righteous causes!

Somebody lied. Afghanistan isn't even in the top 6 for lithium.
Taliban grabs mineral riches coveted by energy developers

"In a 2010 memo, the Department of Defense detailed previously unknown deposits of copper, cobalt, gold and iron large enough to transform the war-ravaged nation’s economy (Greenwire, June 14, 2010).

So extensive is the nation’s untapped mineral wealth that the Pentagon dubbed Afghanistan the “Saudi Arabia of lithium,” referring to a critical metal in electric vehicle batteries."

And to this day no one else has dubbed it so. Let's be friendly with the Bolivians to get access to their lithium and let the Chinese deal with the goat:censored2:ers.

"For President Joe Biden, the cost of the war's chaotic end has been steep. His overall job approval rating now stands at 41% who approve versus 55% who disapprove – a big drop in the closely watched barometer of political health. Until last week, national polls generally showed his approval rating above 50%.

Now, while he has held the backing of 87% of Democrats, only 32% of independents say he's doing a good job.

The poll was taken Thursday through Monday, when the nation's headlines were dominated by scenes of desperate families trying to evacuate the Kabul airport and a surge of COVID-19 cases across the United States.

Half approved of his handling of the pandemic, 39% of his handling of the economy, 26% of his handling of the Afghan withdrawal.

"Today, President Biden's overall approval has taken a turn for the worse due to his awful job performance rating on Afghanistan," said David Paleologos, director of the Suffolk Political Research Center. "His approval on immigration and the economy are also upside down. The only issue keeping him remotely in the game is his handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, where he is barely at 50%."

Biden's decision to pull out troops was backed by most Americans, 53%-38%. But almost two-thirds, 62%, disapproved of the way his administration has handled that withdrawal."

This is what happens when you elect a decrepit, senile old man president

El Correcto

god is dead
Joe Biden is now sacrificing civilians to protect the military’s full on retreat. God forbid a soldier gets to do their job and shoot some jihadis threatening American lives.
