They said the same thing before last contract and the deductible, which was a total of $200 per family from 2013-2018, went to $200 a year which was then a total of $1000 for the 2018-2023 contract.

What Teamcare are you in?
The deductible started in 2017 at $100 for individual and $200 for family.
This has not changed for part time that were moved from the company plan to Teamcare.

It was $200 for the total 2013-2018 contract. Then. We paid 5 years of that amount for a tia of $1000 in 2018-2023. The deductibles were supposed to be every year 2013-2018 but when the contract was voted down they changed it. Remember , before then there was no deductibles.
