Great post hoax. Just because someone grows up poor or black or red or yellow or all of the above none of this takes away their individual choices that can lead them to a better (or worse) life. The freedom to choose for ones self is what makes this country great.

Look at all the famous or rich people that have crashed and burned. Would anyone dare say oh it's just the jan they were dealt it was bound to happen. No we would say they made poor choices that lead to that downfall.


This isn't the 1500's. Persians or Romans or Egyptians don't control us. It's what has made this country what it is and I love it. Millions of people in this country have come from nothing and made themselves into something. Blacks have every right to do the same as all that came before them.

Color and race isnt the issue here,rather Culture is. I have been desperately trying to lead the horse to water on this issue but seem to be failing.

Lets forget race for a brief respite ,shall we? For GENERATIONS the people in the Projects,Ghetto,et al come from a culture that shuns education( it s equated with Domination from the ruling class) and has been taught by the Ruling Class to depend on the government for basic needs,(and yes more children = more government money is certainly one thing that has been taught by the government)and dare I say have been taught by the ruling class that escape is impossible. A Culture who grwos up with Liqour and Check Cashing stores on every corner,to whom Crack is to them as Alcohol is to the Middle Class Culture. A Culture that For GENERATIONS has its children see crime as 'get-rich-quick ' and join gangs(also for 'family' bonding) These gangs often translate into short term gang for the youth..this of course leads to the need for more jails,more courts ,more police officers,more attorneys,more judges( I'm guessing you can see who benefits from this:yes the Ruling Class) and yes I am very much putting this in a 'nutshell' so to speak. Time and Bandwith limit me from explaining the Culture that the Ruling Class has established much further
So lets review: we have an established CULTURE that simply cannot,and nay will not see nor understand the prevailing Culture that those of us are from.To judge these people from The Culture viewpoint of the Middle Class makes no sense.
The $25,000 question is of course: how do we change That cultures perception? Money can be thrown at it,but that,even under the best of circumstances,is very short term gain.
I have ZERO illusions that if i went to West End or Fourth Ward in Atlanta I'd be quite lucky to escape with my life,if I tried to 'help' or make changes.
The culture HAS to change from within,and the person that has the answer as to HOW to change from within is far smarter than I.

Well to do Microsoft or wealthy teens do not come to Ups to unload feeders. Ups promotes from within -- 99 percent of our management needed money when they came to Ups -- from all areas and states including inner city. Hard work and good decisions enabled them to live American dream.

There may vey well be a reason that th Santiago case isn't garnering the headlines you want: It was discovered that the hands of both Sherry West and the baby’s father, Luis Santiago tested positive for gunshot powder residue. Luis Santiago told police he was shopping at Walmart when the child was killed, however later evidence indicates that Santiago was not at Walmart at the time of little Antonio’s death.looks like she may not be truthful. Why is there so much hate in this country? Most blacks commit crimes because of the environment they grow up in. Their ancestors were brought here as slaves and remained slaves until they were emancipated, which wasn't very long ago in the grand scheme of things. Their children were treated like filth until the civil rights movement, and probably after, which was during the lifetimes of a large subset of the American population. Because of a path of mistreatment, many blacks are born into poverty in poor urban areas and are raised in less than ideal circumstances. It's easy to fall into crime. I know it's an individual choice, but I can't relate because I grew up in a good home. I think we owe just a bit of a debt as a nation and have no problem with things like affirmative action, welfare, etc. If you as a Caucasian don't like a certain race, quit bitching and move to Maine, where 98% of people will be just like you. If you don't like the way the welfare system is set up and think too many minorities get a free ride, move to a place like Norway where real Socialism is rampant and see what government control is really like. If you have a problem with the way the George Zimmerman case is being portrayed, don't stalk and kill a black teenager carrying skittles. Volunteer in your community. There are thousands of different organizations and I'm sure one of them will align with your political or personal ideologies, no matter how extreme. I am white, and I have no problem with blacks getting minor preferential treatment from time to time, or seeing a murder trial get put in the spotlight because the victim was a minority. I've never been profiled, and my father and grandfather were never sprayed with a fire hose for trying to vote. Quit bitching and stand up for your beliefs in your community, if you feel so strongly.
