Have you guys ever heard that most police depts. don't want to hire the most intelligent people who apply?
They want you just dumb enough to do what you're told without question.

I've always had a suspicion that the hiring test was done away with for that very reason.

I really couldn't believe they got rid of the test. I mean, if you couldn't pass that, you shouldn't get the job.
