I mean the point of a COD is to tie the tracking to the payment within UPS’ system. I don’t know if Carol and the board wants to pay extra to make it easier for a tiny minority of customers who pay with check/money order upon delivery. Could be wrong though.

There’s a pretty healthy charge for the COD. They have no desire to get rid of that.
