Tcd is not a rpcd. They are still technically part time so my guess is most tcd will become 22.4 drivers.

When I started as a new driver that's what they did to us. All the crap routes and we made less than the other drivers.No protection is a deal breaker for sure. Pay them less and
Package car drivers did not want to work weekends.
They wanted better 9.5 protection.
They wanted better harassment language.
Better Pension protection.
Better benefits.
These were addressed along with a whole host of other things. If you can wait a little while longer it will all be released.
