Van Jones was super butthurt on CNN last night about Tim Scott having said America isn't a racist country in his rebuttal speech. Was the first thing the CNN crew made sure to address after Scott had finished. Because the Democratic narrative is the driving force behind the way CNN covers the news right now. Not the facts. Facts are a secondary consideration.

That Kalama Harris had to go on ABC’s “Good Morning America” today and say she doesn't think America is a racist country (sure thing) says a lot about what the Democratic Party is pushing right now.

It was a missed opportunity to show how we could all return to normal after vaccination. They could have kept attendance low and social distance out of abundance of caution but they could’ve dropped the masks at least.

For sure. It probably would become more difficult for them to keep pushing through multi-trillion dollar packages outside of COVID crisis mode. Americans should be able to see that there's a real benefit to being vaccinated. This week's news from the CDC that it's OK to not wear a mask outside if you're vaccinated was a real eye roller for me.

Seems like it's largely theater at this point. Did ya see how comfortable all of the vaccinated people looked with the handshakes and coming in close to talk to Joe after his speech? Wasn't the look of people truly worried about the virus anymore.

And good for them. I'm fully vaccinated and feel the same way.

It was all theater to keep us shut down. The elected officials received their vaccinations before first responders and health care workers . They could of un-masked to give the country a good feeling.
Biden also said this our chance to end systemic racism which begs the question what has he been doing since 1972 ?

Taxes control inflation. They don’t actually fund anything on the federal level.

The Federal Government most certainly pays for things with taxes. It's the excess spending, the deficit between what they take in and spend, that they're printing money to cover if they can't get enough by selling bonds and treasuries. And when they're spending trillions more than before they're printing much more than ever before. I've read that close to 30% of all U.S. Dollars in existence were printed in the last year. This inflates the money supply. That should lead to price inflation if spent but because of the pandemic many are holding onto their money. Also a lot of that money went to banks who are holding it. The money lacks velocity and this could lead to a deflationary environment. That would be even worse for the economy as that would be a depression that will throw a lot more out of work.

It cracks me up that everyone in that room had to either prove they were vaccinated or had a negative test, yet they were all socially distanced and all had masks on. Lol.

The First Gentleman really latched onto the First Lady at the start of it. Imagine if common folk did that? Lol.
