Tim Scott is pretty great. It’s a shame democrats stand in his way every chance they get. These people have never solved a problem in their lives, they are stuck in a negative feedback loop of trying to solve the problems government created by trying to solve the problems government created.
The plans these people propose will end the war on poverty by bankrupting this country and throwing millions more into poverty. If states want to pursue this goal by all means try it out, the federal government shouldn’t hold you back. But that’s not good enough for them, it pisses them off you’re able to just vote with your feet and move out of their utopian blue states. They want to wreck the entire country and will go to any means to do so, including packing the Supreme Court, there will be no Florida or Texas to flee to. These are dangerous and deranged people. They should not be able to inflict so much damage on our entire country, the federal government has gone too far.

Depends. Marxists all believe in direct progressive taxation, but that's as a temporary redistributive measure in a capitalist economy, not mainly relevant to fiscal policy, and also not much relevant to an actual Marxist economy.

No they don’t. They believe in crap like payroll taxes on employers and heavy corporate taxes/straight up government control of corporate profits. Why do you think the state seizes the means of production?
They do have income taxes, but it was hardly a huge percent of their government revenue, even during war times. Unlike America.

Marxist-Leninism is a kind of Marxism. Classical Marxism is a different kind. They're all Marxists. They all have some amount of basic things in common. A Lutheran wouldn't say that a Methodist isn't a Protestant, but he also wouldn't say Methodists are the same as Lutherans. Yeah go read Marx though, yes.
