Where did you get the idea that a president is responsible for.increasing union membership? It's up to unions to convince people they are better off with union representation, not politicians. And it's up to builders to increase the housing supply. Enough new housing, more supply than demand, and prices will drop. Wages increasing? Create jobs, compete for workers and wages go up.
