I don’t think you understand it wasn’t just MAGA that thought the previous administration had completely failed. There’s not enough MAGA in the country to vote him in.
This was moderates, Middle of the road Republicans and even some Democrats, who voted him in.

And a whole bunch of Democrats, who just stayed home because there was no enthusiasm for thier candidate.
