thats the point though congress is still trying to use the same printer. Trumps plan is a lot more complicated and attacks the problem from all angles. I think trump is just trying to get this step settled so he can move onto the next steps.
i would expect at some point trumps plan will come into conflict with congress who has really been behind the excess spending.

the problem as i see it is he like many of his ilk are desperately hoping he will be right even though it would hurt this country.
