The Espionage Act code violations don’t necessarily mean he’s being accused of being a spy in these charges. It’s broader than that. This isn’t 6th grade stuff.

What he is being accused of is obstruction of an official investigation and making false statements about such. And conspiring to conceal materials with classified markings after a lawful subpoena was issued by the Feds to regain possession of said materials with classified markings.

You are trying this sleight of hand to make this about anything other than what the government is specifically alleging. Your argument would totally fail in a court of law because you’re not confronting the issues in this case directly.

As i have explained and educated you lot many times: having NDI out side of a Secure Federal Facility is illegeal even for a sitting President. Having such sensitive information that compromises the very security of the USA falls under the Espionage Act.

That has nothing to do with the fact that you said no one is allowed to have top secret and other classified documents outside a secure Federal facility but then you try to explain away Joe having them as ok because they were reported right away once discovered. As if that makes it ok. Boxes of documents from over the last three decades found in 4 locations doesn't suggest he accidentally walked out with a document in his briefcase. And they have found wire transfers from all the countries who Joe was put in charge of to handle Obama administration foreign policy to Joe's family through phony shell companies. Which begs the question did Joe pass sensitive information to our adversaries for millions?

You do realize the intelligence community (who do not have a reputation for being liberal squishes) and the Republican-controlled Senate Intelligence Committee said that Russia interfered in our 2016 election on behalf of Trump and the Trump campaign had several meetings with Russians and that it posed a security threat to our country. Manafort and Konstantin Kilimnik ring a bell, for example?
