Article 82 stating when in service crisis they can invoke this article to work regularly scheduled days off and weekends. Luckily they can only use this one every two weeks which is good but that means we are all working Christmas Eve and Christmas day. Not sure if they are only using it locally or nationally.

if this is true , they have to go from the bottom up. they have used this article many times at my old hub. it was usually the lower third of the seniority board that had to worry.

i told people years ago that this was going to happen more and more mainly because the competition was doing it but was told "never happen"

now it's happening with greater frequency. this is the way the world is going
