I didn't realize you were that "old".

Went to work PT @ UPS @ 42 my wife worked in office there so I was able to use contacts to get hired. The extra dollars gained on not paying family benefits $400.00 per month 18 years ago plus pay helped with kids college tuition. Fast forward 18 years $25.00 per hour PT ,plus pension,plus benefits makes it hard to walk away.
PS My 3 kids also worked a UPS at one time or another. The youngest stayed all through college and received $18K in tuition reimbursements.
