Time it takes for 9.5 grievance pay to be issued

"Squirm"?? All I ever want is 8 and the gate!
If they sent me out with 8 hours of work each day, I'd be dancing!!

I would be fine with 9 hours a day, need a little over time, but the 10-11-12 hour days are not what I want
