You want a toe? I can get you a toe.
The parts are not replaceable, if they were I wouldn't have come here asking for help. I just thought since the higher ups can't seem to do anything maybe someone here would be able to do something for me. You will never know if you don't ask. Sorry for bothering you guys.
You've got pictures of the parts. Have someone machine some new ones.

Everything is replaceable

I feel sorry for this guy. He's trying desperately to locate irreplaceable parts and all he's getting is wise cracks. I like to joke around as much as the next guy but this thread isn't the place. I can't offer him any help and I hate to inform him that there are hundreds of places this stuff could have fallen out. We used to find all kinds of weird stuff laying in the bottom of the trailers that had fallen out of poorly packaged boxes (and that's what this story boils down to). We would turn it into management and lord knows what, if anything, they would do with it. I do know if it was just nuts and bolts they would trash it. Good luck to the OP on finding his stuff.
This isn't a site for customers. Tough :censored2:. He got what every other customer looking for their stuff gets. Toughen up snowflake.

Not trying to make you sound stupid(although you do)but the torque arm is cast and I never heard of machining an exhaust pipe. Possibly when you need help with something sometime, the people you ask will have the same attitude as you. I appreciate the couple of guys that pointed me in a constructive direction, it's more that the regional supervisors would do. One outsider checking out, over.

The boxes were in Customs at Detroit for almost 2 weeks but they weren't inspected, there was no Customs labels or stickers on them. Then they went to Toledo, Chicago, Sioux Falls and then here. I have talked to the regional supervisors in Aberdeen SD and Minneapolis. Chris in Minneapolis said they have looked as good as they can and can't find them so they must have been lost in customs, but they didn't get opened there so I have some doubt. She did some checking and said her person in Detroit had no notes of damaged boxes so she thinks it may have happened after that.]

Did you have the proper forms on them to ship to Canada? If not, that would explain the delay in Detroit.

Why were the boxes returned? Damaged goods, or no customs forms? If not for lack of customs forms, and there was a 2 week delay there, Detroit would be the likely suspect. Just because they have no damage goods forms does not rule out damage in Detroit.

Where did the boxes go before Detroit?

OK, I was trying to help and started posting 7 min after your last post, but you left, so I guess it is not that important is it?

It is called overgoods. You have pictures and a description. You should be able to find it . Call corporate overgoods

Looks like it's an inline 4cyl engine (Henderson/Indian), unfortunately the size of the parts missing usually end up getting tossed rather than making it to over goods.
