We all know the stock is going to get slaughtered tomorrow following earnings….does the Queen of Home Depot live to fight another day, or have we seen enough? I bet she resigns “to focus on her health” by September…..you should she the sweet package the former CFO got to “focus on his health”.

I would rather have a CEO that ran a successful lemonade stand, than someone that runs a Fortune 500 company in the ground.
During her time at the company, The Home Depot grew from 400 stores to 2,200 with revenue of nearly $100 billion. Its share price over her tenure increased more than 450%. She has received praise for Home Depot's performance after its emergence from the 2008-09 financial and housing crisis.

That’s some good lemonade.

Shedding overpriced labor, pension obligations and increasing automation take time.

Amazon now has more robots than humans in their warehouses.
Yeah, that overpriced labor is ridiculous. Of course, eventually they’ll be no one to buy their overpriced garbage either. Once they damage the yin and the Yang of society maybe they’ll figure it out then. But it will probably be too late.
