When are you leaving DS, I'm getting a new JVC waterproof video/cam. It would cost you about $230 in Ontario, I can have it shipped to you for $150. Brand new (hasn't even arrived yet, with full warranty).

Believe e, you'll need it if you go snorkelling. I wish I would have had it back then.
The took us out in a boot tour, placed some fish food in the ocean, and we all went out and seen those beautiful coloured fishes everywhere. Gold, silver, red, orange, blue, - just like on TV. It was awesome.

Two words: Cheese Whiz.

Take a can with you while snorkeling. You want to see fish? Spray some of that around. You will have more brightly colored fish surrounding you then you know what to do with.

I have to admit they are pretty tasty in a pinch......and I'm surprised that a beer drinker wouldn't know about them.

Your talking to the wrong guy here. I have made several chesse in my life (being a Dairy specialist).
I still buy most of my cheese at the polish or german deli. Right from the loaf, bulk and sliced up. Natural products !

I'm even surprised to see those cans have the word "cheese" on them. It has been taking away from Cheese-Whiz (now Chez-whiz), because it's not real cheese and mostly modified ingredients.

Nope.

I made two vows when I decided to come back. First, I was not going to concern myself with the frequency with which moreluck posts. Second, I was not going to interact with menotyou.
Whatever it takes to keep you here Dave. You have more friends than enemies.
I like the new you.Restraint, understanding, and tolerance.
Anyhow,I have another question.I was told that US $1 bills were very helpful for tips there.
Please remember,I have never been south of Florida.
I went to the bank and got 60 US $1 bills.
Is that enough for 1 week? I may need more.

Depends how much you drink ! $60 is good for 60 drinks, but you can also lay down a $5.00 , and just drink for a few extra without a tip.

You use a cracker? Hmmm. Novel idea. I just thought they put that injector on top for better aim directly into the mouth.

60 $1 bills should be plenty. You don't have to tip for each and every drink. If you are planning on staying at the same bar for the night you can tip when you leave for the night. If you are staying at the same hotel it is proper to tip housekeeping on your last day. Tips with meals can be added to your credit card or paid in cash.

Upstate, don't give him that crappy advice !
You tip right from the beginning !
You'll be served promptly each and every time afterwards.

The best advice is to tip good , and you'll never need to wait in line ever again.
Everywhere I have been it worked really well.
I'll never forget those times that the bar had a 25-30 people line-up and all I needed to do is sit down, and was served within seconds !

Sometimes I would just tip $5 or $10 in advance if I was planning to stay there for a longer time being.
I met another fellow Canuck, I think he gave them a $100 in advance and just told them, please take care of me for the rest of the week.
He was served just like myself - never had to wait in line and served promptly !
A few extra bucks goes a long way (you'll notice it yourself, that others that don't tip, can wait forever, be it at poolside or the inside/outside bars).
(Those are usually the ones that then complain about bad service on reviews ) !

As for room service, don it as well, - leave a few dollars every morning for house cleaning. It also goes a long way.
You'll be taking care of everything, including the bar fridge filled up good (if you have one), but also get better cleaning, new shampoos, and even the bed sheets changed almost every day.

Ahhhh, a fool and his money are soon parted !!

Moreluck, why did you even post , just to keep your count up ?
You have never been to resorts outside the US !

I can tell you how far tips go !
Such as never waiting in line, eggting my mini bar fridge filled up twice per day, and with premium beer (extra for me).
Getting drinks served, that I needed to tell them, leave some room for mix , dammit !

Geez, I didn't know you needed a video camera when snorkeling but that is besides the point. Stop preying on the other members in this community in an effort to build up your safeway bonuses.
