No, I can't because to my knowledge no one individual has ever been penalized that much. It's excessive and a violation of the 8th Amendment.

Nope. A former federal and state prosecutor. It’s a category mistake and fallacy to compare buying tee-shirts with giving donations, which were against the law, before you preside as judge of possibly the trial of the century. He also donated to a group that is trying to stop Trump from being reelected. And his daughter is a major Democratic fundraiser. Raised millions. And somehow he managed to not only be the judge in this case but also in the Steve Bannon case, and the Allen Weisselberg case in spite of there being a 24 judge pool to draw on that he's not even in. And the #3 guy in the DOJ resigned to come work on this case for Alvin Bragg. This whole thing reeks of rigging.
