Obama was the Half-Breed President that never had a solid consistent foundation on which to base his beliefs.
Growing up with White folks and being shuttled all over the world he was a vastly screwed up person.
He was never accepted by the Blacks or the Whites and so when he became President, he saw it as an opportunity for him to buy respect with the American taxpayers money.
He would have been a great Community Leader if he had just stayed in that position.
History will tell who the Worst President was and it will most likely not be either Obama or Trump.
