There can be only 1 (Highlander). Every other copy is a corrupt sequel. People are evil by nature. Example:Lord of the ringsby then they'll create something else
I heard an interesting take the other day. Called Bitcoin a classic "pump and dump." Pointed out that 2% of Bitcoin owners own 70% of all Bitcoin on the market. That's a lot of money. Thing is they can't get their.money out unless a lot of new buyers come into the market. But alas where are the new buyers that will drive Bitcoin forward? Look, over there! The U.S. government is going to set up a Bitcoin reserve! Guess who makes money on that deal? I think Trump really is trying to help the average guy but it looks like he's also bailing out some very rich people. The beat goes on...The digital gold rush ends ~January 7, 2035. Hope springs eternal. If 2% of Bitcoin owners own 70% of outstanding Bitcoin then anything they can do to pull profits out they will do. Which means either they figure out a way to entice many, many more buyers or they find a white knight, aka the Federal government. And Bitcoin hasn't won anything as it still isn't viable as a currency. Maybe someday but not yet.Lol. It is the $. Bitcoin = 21M coins. The $ =
Trump knows the deal. He is setting his progeny, that is all. The other countries are stacking and planning a currency coup with a parallel system. They will use Bitcoin because BRICS is one country away from being a US control clone. Gold is slow and clunky.
War is over. Bitcoin has won. Now your in a media battle/mind melt countdown clock. No stack your wack.

Wow, you found a fast food joint that'll take Bitcoin. When you can pay your rent, buy groceries, buy gas, get your car repaired, pay your insurance, etc, etc let us know.
So….passed first test. Think bigger. Would you quickly integrate a new system without securing as much as you could to your advantage? Burgers is a test case. Fiat is infinite. what if the highlander is a mirage. an electronic creation? There can be only 1 (Highlander). Every other copy is a corrupt sequel. People are evil by nature. Example:Lord of the rings. If you wear the ring it corrupts you no matter what.
Another example is having the power to ban someone. It’s Hard to resist exercising that power no matter what your intentions. Power corrupts absolutely.
You do know it's illegal to start another currency in the U.S. in place of the Dollar? And the Federal Reserve/U.S.Government will likely start their own digital currency and outlaw any competitor? A lot of things have to be ironed out before Bitcoin will become our currency. Like for instance there's around $2 trillion in Bitcoin outstanding but tens of trillions of Dollars. And how do you get people in other countries to accept Bitcoin when printing money gives their government power that Bitcoin doesn't? And a lot of libertarians are going to balk at digital currency anyways because the government can use it to control people. I think your foregone conclusion still has a lot of kinks to work out.So….passed first test. Think bigger. You are in a multi $ system…US..BRICS…gold…oil…Bitcoin. Only one is finite. Choose wisely. Just 15 years in. Early but at same time getting late.
Just did Chipotle as next test.

there is something to be said for tangible assets you can hold in your hand.

A purely peer-to-peer version of electronic cash would allow online payments to be sent directly from one party to another without going through a financial institution.)You do know it's illegal to start another currency in the U.S. in place of the Dollar? I’m sure you’re reporting all taxable events.
Which would include every time you buy fast food using bitcoin.
