Sometimes it’s a training issue, more often it’s generational. Kids today are lazy sacks that would rather live with Mommy than work. I’ve had more than a few that are capable but unwilling to do the job.
it amazes me how many corporations manage to ruin otherwise decent jobs.

ups, railways, etc. all ruined by corporate greed.

what do u mean? that has nothing to do with rtw

ive got railway experience, fuel truck, and i work a union job now which pays $5 less / hr than ups driver. and i do physics 11
I rode on a train once myself, and I fill my car up weekly, so I'm guessing our railway and fueling experience is the same. You should be damn proud you make $5/hr less than UPS driver. Just my opinion, you aren't great shakes.

most of the ppl i worked w at ups werent "great shakes" although they prob worked hard.

i got the feeling they were all lesser men than my railway coworkers.

ups here is an average wage but its nothing to b proud of, just like my job.

being a hard worker doesnt mean ur a good american
