Julius Caeser has been put on with Caeser resembling the current political leader forever. There have been productions with an Obama Caeser, a Hillary Caeser, no one cares. The outrage over a Trump Caeser is entirely manufactured. The play actually depicts how ineffectual political violence is, but don't let any facts interfere with the republican persecution complex.
