Wow. I guess that’s a case where yeah, they better be hiring. My building is stagnant as far as growth of the surrounding communities and not very many going to retire within the next 5 years. 5-10 years out we will see a lot of guys retiring.

Yeah, think it really just depends on where you are. A large group of our drivers started in the late 80's/early 90's and are all ready to go.

It really is. Driving isn't in demand how it used to be. Working inside isn't great but you get all the benefits. If you're just here for that, why make the switch.

We are going to probably exhaust our list before they hire what they need and the few hires they get off the street never last.
