My 30 year plaque was a cardboard achievement award like what you got when you graduated kindergarten.

Mine was made of cast metal. I was surprised.

Oh and that was 10 years ago...

I don't believe I got a plaque for my 30 year. Just a pin with some diamond chips (probably cubic zirconia), a card for your wallet and a paper certicificate suitable for hanging. lol.

My 35 year Plaque was 6 months past due, preload Manager handed it to me while he was on the Phone and walked away. The place is so bad, it didn’t even bother me, numb to all the morale killers... on a better note, I have 6 weeks left til Retirement..

You're lucky a mgr. handed it to you. Temps hired this morning take care of "the frivolous stuff".

Our mgr. doesn't even have a desk at our hub anymore.
