UPS driver pay confusion

At integrad, they told us "y'all about to make 40 dollars an hour", but it seems a bit misleading, I applied for rpcd on the website, but now find out I have to probably be a pt cover driver that pays less?
C'mon Chipper, did you really think you were just going to bounce your happy ass into a union job and start out making $40 an hour? I mean didn't the light dim just a little when your "driver training" consisted of maybe a couple of full days of some silly boot camp wannabe class. That should have been your first clue of how this place is run.

You should really go back and re-read the job posting you applied for. I'd be willing to bet it said Full time seasonal package car driver. You'd be lucky to get offered a driving job of any sort after peak. You will be offered a pt loader or unloader job making $15 an hour or possibly a pt supervisor job making $13 an hour.
