Ups vacation earning date

I have a question am I suppose to earn my vacation on my earn date? I checked my upsers online and it is says my vacation and sick earn date is 11/14/21 but when I checked it today it is still showing 0 hrs

I was suppose to go on vacation Monday but it still show 0 hrs hopefully when my supervisor puts in my hrs it shows vacation?

If youre supposed to be on vacation tomorrow, you should have gotten two checks on the 5th.

Where I am, upsers updates a day or two after the earn date, but the hours are subtracted when payroll is submitted, so if you take a vacation right after your earn date, you can end up with negative vacation hours on upsers the week before vacation.

You probably already used your vacation, didn't work enough hours to earn a vacation or haven't given the system enough time to update.

Like my "earn date" is my seniority date. Which is in June. I'm allowed to use my next year's vacation anytime next year. I don't have to wait until after my seniority date. I'm guessing you already used your 2021 Vacation time.

VACATION CHECKS come A WEEK OR TWO EARLY! YOU WERE ALREADY PAID OUT! THAT IS WHY IT SAYS ZERO HOURS

My vaca hours go to negative numbers for a week when I do this same thing.
