Government only hurts the economy whenever it intervenes. To improve economy, they'd have to rollback stuff they previously passed (regulations, high taxes, etc.).

I'm surprised UPS drivers aren't particularly happy about addressing this. Delivering in the dark when it's only 4:45 in the afternoon is ludicrous.
