Vacation Pay Question

I ended up getting my vacation pay two weeks in advance one of my co-workers said it's something they'll be doing from now on I usually don't keep up with the news. Usually I'd get my extra check the week before going on vacation.

So.. I shouldn't have anything to worry about this?

No worries, mate.
It is the standard procedure, now.
I guess, too many workers could not get their check in the bank in time to pay for their vacation.

I recently had my vacation.

The paycheck stub showed up 2 paydays before my vacation.

However, when I reconciled my checking account statement, I noticed that the actual pay was not deposited until the friday before my vacation.

I start my 2 week vacation 6/23 and had both of my checks in my account 6/13, along with my regular paycheck.
