Vacation time while on comp

I worked 18 weeks this year and the rest I was on workers comp. Is my vacation time prorated, if so how does that work? Or, will I get vacation time at all? Thanks

You're vacations are based on years of service and have nothing to do with how many hours worked.
Depending on your state WC laws, pay for those weeks off may be prorated on hours worked.
In Wisconsin your time off on WC counts as if you're working.
Since you live in a :censored2:hole state, who knows?
