I have been with ups for 11yrs and finally decided to go full time October 2017. I picked my 4 weeks of vacation before peak was over and now that my vacation is near I am told that I won't get paid vacation time until next year! I just want to know if this is true , and if it is what happens to the hours that I accumulated from last year, Preloading, pm driving etc...
