Seniority rules.

I knew people who scheduled non refundable vacation trips before they knew they had the week off. Then they whined about how unfair everything is.

Why does Section 2 state that you you shall retain seniority for vacation weeks only then. Shouldn’t you pick by company seniority then for vacations only?
