Looking for some insight.

If a current employee has two hire dates. Meaning employee was previously employed left and came back. Is vacation counted from the original year or does starts from return year? Also, would hr be the point of contact to determine if the employee returned within within 1 year to keep senority also?

Worry about working/securing a job instead of vacation for a little while my man..it takes 10 years to get 3 weeks anyways
