By now your shift has probably started, but yeah with just an intersection I doubt anyone will be able to answer your question. Weren't you given some number when you were in training? I got a few numbers years ago when I was in training in case I needed to call in, granted they all led to offices that would just transfer me to where I should be calling, but some number should be given during training else UPS would have a hard time enforcing attendance, even more so than they do.
