Orion has me delivering airs late too. Their system, using their impossible numbers has me giving up on airs and delivering ground before my last few Late airs....on a regular basis.
Documenting everything, communicating everything, throwing issues back on them is like being freed from the brown shackles.
Example, Orion does not add miles for on calls. It does not add miles for having to go back to a closed business that it has you attempting between 12-1. It does not add miles for miss load swaps. Every time I get on call or miss load swap or need to reattempt do to their system, I send message "on call adding x miles," and so fourth. When I get asked about miles, I have all the documentation to explain my miles. Eventually they move on to the fish they can catch. Can't get blood from a rock.
