Turd do you really think Fedex will start caring about the workers?
Who is asking they care about them. They want their pay increased. They want their benefits. You are the one telling them to take what they are offered and not want more.

Why not fight to bring FedEx up to what UPS makes? Maybe they have pride in the work they do and for the most part enjoy it, but hate what corporate greed has done to the company they worked for.
Maybe they like talking on a forum and venting to co- workers about the things that tick them off without some :censored2: nozzle who thought about buying FedEx ground routes but didn't have the testicular fortitude to go through with it bad mouthing them.
Also do you you have two accounts on here with the other one being scuba Steve?

Lol thank you

Lol. So he'll definitely never understand then. Why is he even commenting? Who cares what he thinks? Lol.
Because he understands the big picture of business in America. Too many at X think their relationship with the company is the exception to the rule. It's not. It is the rule.

Well, if OUMick decides to buy some ground routes, at least we know what type of employer he's going to be.
Can you name 10 employers in the US who "treat their people right"? If so, why isn't there a flood of these Express haters going there?

OK, OUMick is saying there are better jobs out there, you are saying no, there aren't. How a company treats you, talking bigger companies here, is in direct relation to how much you can help them increase profit. Many smaller companies too, sure, but you'll most likely find a "family" type environment in a small company. FedEx used to make top ten lists for best companies to work for, and was striving to make employees feel like they were part of something special. That's what we older couriers remember, and it was different than many companies. I remember many UPS drivers switching over, saying it was worth losing a few dollars an hour than put up with the treatment there. They sure aren't switching now. Yes, it's just a job anymore, but we who've been around long enough know it was better once, and that the company's greed ruined it for everyone.
