I sent out a check to pay for an international shipment by UPS second day air, I got a delivery. In the envelope was my check. By the looks of the check, it must have been in a belt system of some type.

Delivery lable was gone so they sent it back to me instead in a new UPS NDA envelope.

STill waiting on UPS to settle up on the claim. I have made at least 5 phone calls, had at least 10 or more from different people claiming to be working on the claim. I just hope they take care of other customers better than they did this one.

Theres tons of websites out there that are dedicated to people with ups horror stories.

Does this dannyboy ever stop complaining, I beleive he just makes up stuff to moan about. It's time for you to find a new job maybe in a complaint dept you seem to be an expert in that field.
