Because there is no real solution from a government entity. Life is fraught with dangers, no one can keep all of us perfectly safe.Even if they implemented some new law how can you prove Something didn’t happen because of the law? They were still be some tragedy that the left will scream should’ve been stopped, but we cannot legislate peoples morality, Mental state. or the heart.

At that point it sounds like we are sending our kids to prison camp, perhaps we as Americans need to reevaluate what’s important,maybe our kids don’t need to go to these institutions, to be institutionalized. Maybe we don’t need giant mansions two new cars at $4-$7 dollars a gallon depending on where you live. Maybe homeschooling or some sort of co-op with other parents is a better idea.
