They should make a 2-term limit on being president of IBT, just like they do for US president.
Vote for contract or president via computer. Program it where a person can only vote once. Or do what a lot of companies do...vote at the work site.
When voting for contract, and people do NOT vote it should NOT be counted as a yes vote. That is soooo wrong.

How about Teamsters can only work at their jobs two GP terms. Every politician that stands for election is term limited by the electorate.
What if the member doesn't have a computer. What companies allow voying for what positions at the worksite? Why should UPS absorb the costs of letting lazy a## dimwits that don't take the time to educate themselves vote on their computers?
Where did you get that not voting on contracts/ elections count as yes votes?
