What kind of speaker/radio do you bring?

I have a Sterling tractor with 12v power and ground terminals on the dash. The ground terminal is garbage and creates a lot of signal noise so I asked the mechanic for a connector and I just grounded it to a bolt on the floor.Speaker hook ups are hanging out of the dash plate too so I just bought a cheap Sony Explod deck and hooked it up.I leave the radio in the truck but pull the face off(detachable)and bring it with me.

Package car drivers have it tougher when it comes to radios because they either have to ask a mechanic to run a power terminal for them or they have to use a portable radio with rechargeable batteries. The company knows that feeder drivers are in their cabs for most of the day so they have managed to show mercy by not only allowing radios, but also providing the necessary hook ups for them in the tractors.
