What's the official standard for workboots?

Recently I've been riding my bike to work, and since I wear cycling shoes, I have to carry my boots in a backpack, and they're heavy. So I'm looking for a pair of lightweight boots, that will just barely qualify for UPS's standard (whatever it is). Just enough to not get me kicked out. I work in the small sort so danger from falling objects is pretty much nonexistent. Any suggestions.

There are several threads discussing shoes/boots. I loved my kangaroo boots from Cabela's.

I wear all leather under armor tennis shoes and have been told they are fine by management and OSHA.

If you have any crooked toes, they would certainly align them.
