Yes, but it appears the number of days also doubles. Effectively quadrupling the sick/personal hours.

Through last year as a part timer, I used all my 8 days. Those hours I have now are strictly this year.
Do you guys get 10 sick, 6 personal a year?

Interesting. Now I'm even more confused. How do I have 80 "other" hours (sick days)?
If you dont use them all.............they accumulate.

It may be different where you are but here PTers and FTers get the same number of days----the only difference is the hours per day (4 vs 8).

This also varies from region to region-----here we get the payout while other areas allow you to roll the hours/days over.

yes exactly, which is why I asked. In my local, nobody can roll their days over, but drivers get 5 & 5...PTers get 5 & 3.
