When do the new 2006 rates come out?

FedEx announced their 2006 rates a couple of weeks ago-when do the UPS rates come out?

Actually, the new Rate and Services guides come out in December. I don't know when we actually announce them.....

For the longest time we'd raise our rates like clockwork a couple of months into the new year, but we have become more flexible at raising our rates in the last two years and I believe xracer is correct that it was in December last year.
