#7 hands down, that look of shock is what i feel all the time in my soul at the complete INCOMPETENCE taking place at my center and other stupid things happening company wide. Idk how the company profits with all the stupid ways we bleed money. Send a driver with a trailer to a business that ships out alot..... nah lets start sending 2 package car drivers there EVERYDAY instead. Let's cut routes down to a skeleton crew.... OMG everyone is over 9.5 and needs air meets. Force in multiple top rate drivers for a forced 6th punch every week, hmm $61 vs $21.
My one sup keeps telling me to let him know if adjustments are needed to my route or if there are stops that don't make sense. Guess what, things don't change and you have to come in early off the clock to TRY to get something done. Uhhh i am over working off the clock for free. I hit top rate now, dispatch wants me to be stupid then i am going to be stupid and get paid for it.

Definitely, it’s payday and you’ve got the weekend to look forward to.
The driver that got canned with #10, there was 2 guys that shared the same name in the building.
