Every other country has more laws, stricter punishments and less freedom.

no way, america has 5% of worlds population but 25% of prison population.
think of healthcare. in america if you skateboard and are poor and get injured then you cant afford the risk of skateboarding. this takes away your freedom and discriminates against poverty. but in a country like canada, you can skateboard and dont have to worry about the risk because you know you will be treated. i broke my arm seadooing and i almost got next day surgery. my buddy did something to his knee and got treated within a week or so (which is pretty long). ours is not a perfect system, the rich want ot privatize and pay less taxes. but its better than americas. not everything should be left ot the market.

If the individual States want it then fine. Most blue States are already in serious debt so doubt it'll happen.
